So I know I just said something about Britlyn swimming with floaties in the last post, but we are on to bigger and better things just a couple days later! I can NOT believe how fast she learned how to do this...but we are SO SO SO impressed. Tonight she learned how to swim! Alone! She went from going two or three kicks away from the stairs, to swimming to the other end of the pool. Unfortunately my camera ran out of memory so all the good video's are on my phone, and I don't have a way to get them off yet, but the good videos will be coming soon :) I am still in shock that she even attempted this, because she was one of those that hung on to you so tight if she didn't have a floatie or life jacket. She was soaking up the attention like crazy! It was so cute. There was this couple in the pool that was pretty much the reason she even did this. The lady was totally cheering her on and Britlyn kept asking her if she was watching before she would start. It was funny. So thanks to a total stranger, my child loves to actually swim! BY HERSELF! Who needs swim lessons when you have an awesome daddy and a fan club :) We are so proud of her and she was pretty excited herself! One time she got done and she said," Now I can swim fast like Nemo and Marlin" lol... enjoy the movies!
