Kent's Lake Beaver Mtn

We took a few days and went to Kent's lake and it was so fun! We had NO luck fishing the first day and a half we were there, but everyone else around us was catching fish left and right! so we figured that our 10 yr old bait was no good anymore :) and we headed to town to get some new bait! We caught like 20 fish the rest of that day and the next. of course we didn't keep em all but we ended up bringing about 12 home i think! Britlyn loved fishing! She always had to have a pole and she was thrilled at first when we started catching fish and she had waited so patiently to actually get on ein her net, but once we put it in there and it started flopping around...She freaked out! it was so funny. But by the time we left we did get her to hold a dead one! She even kissed it. don't worry my finger was in the way. but she did end up holding them and then we couldn't get her to stop playing with them! She had a great time camping and it was so pretty up there! the weather was so nice and it did rain every afternoon but it was so cool up there! We even got her over her fear of boats and she rode in the fishing boat, after she got done crying for about 5 minutes, but she liked it once we got her out there! But she still doesn't like boats for some reason. we
couldn't get her to get back in it after that trip! There was also the cutest little
chipmunks that would come and eat food right out of your hand! She enjoyed feeding those as well! It was such a fun weekend! Hopefully we can go there again!
