A little late!

I have been planning on doing a little update on Britlyn when she turned 18months old but it was right around christmas and we have been so busy so I figured I better do it now before she is technically 19 months old! She now goes to nursery, but not willingly!! Haha, we waited and waited for the day we could send her to nursery and the first time she walked in and headed straight for the toys, well that didn't last long nor did it ever happen again! She came out almost hyperventilating and has yet to go there without coming back to me that way! Maybe someday she'll like it! I think I already scarred her of it though cuz even when we go to church for anything that's not church she instantly hugs you really tight and says, no toys! no toys! aaaawwww its sad! :( anyway, Britlyn is the highlight of our life! She is AMAZINGLY smart! She blows me away at the stuff she does and knows! She has always been a little ahead for her age! crawling at 6 months, walking at 9 months, talking at 9 months! She now can say about every word you throw at her and is getting good at putting sentences together! She will repeat almost every word you say too, we are now watching what we say! :) She LOVE LOVE LOVES to sing! I have been singing primary songs to her since day one and all of a sudden one day she started singing them with me! It was so crazy! I had no idea she knew them! Some of her favorite songs are, Jesus wants me for a sun beam, I am a child of God, Families can be together forever (she only knows a few words on this one), I love to see the temple, Love at home, I belong to the church of Jesus Christ, You are my Sunshine, twinkle twinkle little star, if you're happy and you know it clap your hands, ring around the rosies, pat-a-cake, itsy bitsy spider,(I know those are nursery rhymes but she likes to sing them) and her all time favorite and the funniest one to watch her sing is Rudolph the red nose Reindeer! She learned that one this Christmas and boy does she know it! She loves it! She grew a deep love for santa and rudolph this Christmas! haha, she loves to also sing songs off of movies, like sesame street, abby in wonderland, and any other movies she has! If there's a song on, she tries to sing it! She may not know the words, but she mumbles jibberish in a singing voice! its so cute and sweet! She has so much personality sometimes I wonder how I keep up! She is happy, sad, laughing, mad, friendly, shy, mean, and ever so sweet! She has every side of emotions to the extreme! and I usually see them all in one day! :) She is also a drama queen! Luke says she gets that from her mom! haha, probly! She hates to sleep! afraid she's gonna miss out on something I guess! We are working on her sleeping better! She has a deep love and is pretty much arranged to marry Lincoln! or as she would say Gincon! She loves him to the moon and back! It is so cute to see her play with him and even when he's not around she talks about him and usually that's how we get her to do things sometimes, we tell her lincoln is doing it too, (I know we're bad) and she does it! She does anything for him! Except share treats! :) haha, she loves to jump, and be outside! she would stay outside and jump on the tramp all day if i let her! she is pretty good at it! she is learning to peddle her own little tricycle, she loves to take the dogs on walks, she is learning to dress herself, loves to read books and pretty much has them all memorized, she loves to do puzzles, she loves to look at pictures and take them. I gave her an old camera and she walks around and points it at you and says "Cheese"! If she's doing something she thinks is cute, she will say "mommy look, cheese"(which means im supposed to take her picture! I bet she learned that cuz im always taking it anyway haha) she loves to call people on the phone and computer, and she is a TOTAL momma's girl! She really can't be away from me for like 5 minutes! we're also working on that one! But when Grandpa is around, she prefers him! :) She also loves her Aunt Abbie! Its a toss up between grandpa and abbie! She loves Abby Caddabby and Elmo! Those are her two favorites! She knows how to count to ten with a little help on four and seven, and she is learning her colors! so far all she knows is blue and sometimes purple and green! haha she can say em all, but has a hard time remembering what they are. We just recently started her ABC's! We're still trying to teach her the song! She loves to color, play with play doh and play with her babies! She would eat hot dogs, noodles, corn and candy all day if i let her! she has a sweet tooth like me! she is addicted to her water cups! We don't go anywhere without one! she drinks about 7 a day easily! She loves to play at the park and go down the slides! but she hates to swing! She loves animals, especially horses! She is my little cowgirl! She is my best friend in the whole world and we do everything and anything together! I am so greatful for a beautiful little girl that loves me no matter what! She truly is a blessing in our home and we are so greatful she is ours! She is so full of life and energy and brings a smile to anyone's face when she is around! We love you Britlyn!!
