24th of July

Waving to everyone while riding with Aunt Chelsie
Grandma and Britlyn at the rodeo
watching the rodeo!
She loved helping grandpa with the cattle for all the roping stuff at the rodeo
Britlyn and mom and Abbie at the rodeo
We always had to pry her off the horses after we put her on them! (that's my girl)
She kept trying to pick up two at one time! It was so funny! she'd grab one but if she couldn't reach the other piece of candy at the exact same time...she'd drop the one and go get the other and so on until they were close enough to grab at the same time! :) Picking up candy at the parade on the 24th
Yelling at the people on the float! she also loved the popsicles!
she couldn't wait to open the candy!
Britlyn and aunt Chelsie before the parade started!

Britlyn and Aunt Chelsie at the rodeo on the 24th riding around the arena!

Our little family in Hinckley on the 24th of July!
Aunt Chelsie, Britlyn and Grandpa, and Aunt Abbie on their horses that they rode in the parade!

We had so much fun in Delta on the 24th! We went to the parade in the morning and Britlyn had so much fun. She didn't know quite what to do at first when she was getting candy thrown at her but she picked up on it pretty quick! She would wave to every float that passed by and she screamed at a few of them and danced when the band played! after we went and got a horse ride with grandpa hughes! We didn't really do much after that. We hung out all day and at night we went to the rodeo. Britlyn LOVED seeing all the horses and cows! She is definately a cowgirl!! :) she actually watched most of it! She even figured out that dirt is ok to play in which i was so glad to see! Now she's not scared of it anymore! haha...She got to go on lots of horse rides and I even did the hide race and took 6th out of 18. I was pretty surprised I could still do it! :) It was so much fun to hang out with everyone and to finally get to a rodeo!

Man, it must be nice that she's walking and you don't have to hold her all the time...I sure wish Jack would learn that quick!
